The 2021 TBANSW State Championships and Roll Off’s began at Tenpin City Lidcombe on the weekend with the running of the State Disability Championships.

The State Disability Championship saw 47 participants compete throughout the weekend at Tenpin City Lidcombe. The first weekend saw a total of 567 games bowled from 206 individual entries and 151 total event entries—a great result in challenging circumstances.

“I was overwhelmed by the participation outcomes witnessed across the two days given the sharp turnaround time of six weeks” said State Development Manager Jalen Timms. “Due to several factors, we understood that the event’s participation numbers could be impacted, but to experience a full centre with a host of participants, members and volunteers all coming together in unity was incredibly positive and very pleasing to see!”.
